in 2006, alongside businessman Peter Holmes à Court,<br>

with the aim of revitalising the NRL club that was struggling at the time.<br>

Under his leadership, the Rabbitohs achieved financial stability and secured a premiership victory in 2014, ending a <br>

43-year drought. <br>

Crowe was instrumental in recruiting star players like Sam <br>

Burgess and Greg Inglis to the team, which significantly improved their performance. <br>

'So, I thought, 'I'm gonna stop doing that'. I'd go to a game and see what happens then I'd <br>

'But when I'm watching the game, I try and keep my cool...because you know I think about it from the players' perspective.<br>

in the Monday newspaper. So you've got to be cool about it.' <br>
